2nd speeding ticket in 4 months!!!

I reported my first ticket 4 months ago and all of you were very supportive and offered me guidance and valuable support. As a result,I started driving much slower but yesterday I got pulled over on the 210 in Monrovia and the cop said I was doing 100-110 mph which is ridiculous! My actual speed was 80-82 mph on a 65 mph which of course is speeding. He wrote me up for 90 mph since he couldn't prove it.His argument was that I have a fast car.
That's prejudice against the G, I am sorry.
What should I do? I am not eligible for traffic school since I took one 3 months ago.Should I appear at the court date and plead with the jugde?
I lost desire to drive my beloved G.I can not go over 70 mph at all.Better to get a Toyota Corolla or something.Even the Passport 8500 didn' help.
The ironic thing was that everybody was driving fast and the guy chose me.
Any advice will be appreciated.

1. stop whining, 2. plead not guilty you have a big change the that cop doesnt show, 3. if he does show just change the plea to guily right there in front of him, and get traffic school 4. dont worry bout it, 5 get V1

^He's not whining at all. Don't be a jerk

Anyway, if he doesen't have a radar report which can show your speed, I think you would have a pretty good case. Was he riding along side you or something? When you go to court, if he doesen't show you are lucky and will get off! If he does show, I don't know of how well the cops guestimate of your speed will hold up in court.

He came from behind.Even if I plead guilty and request traffic school, what are my chances of getting that request granted? You can only take it every 18 months? I have heard it is good to keep postponing the court appearance so the cop gives up and doesn't show up.
I will fight it this time though. Last time I paid and did traffic school. My insurance will probably skyrocket!

I would battle it out too. Tell the judge there were other cars that were going
as fast or even faster than you...and you were all going about the speed limit.

Uhh, "other guys were speeing too" is not a defense. In fact, it is an admission of guilt and the end of your case. Fight the ticket by mail, you have a better shot.

I actually had a friend tell me that once when they were pulled over they told the cop "I was just keeping pace with traffic - Why did you not get the other 10 people right next to me." The officer replied "Do you like to fish - Do you expect to catch all the fish in the lake." Something like that at least. Anyway, certainly not a defense. Push it off as far as possible.

Yeah, even though it is complete BS when cops single out people there is no defense against it

get a traffic lawyer...

he/she knows what their doing.

They know many cops & the assistant D.A.'s.

Thay normally can get it changed to faulty equipment. (non-moving violation)

you'll pay $250 for the layer & maybe another $250-$300 for ticket & court fees.

No points on your licence. The tix is the same as having a brake light out.

Let the pro's do it for you.

Judges usually don't like "regular" people playing lawyer in their courtroooms.

PS: I'm not a lawyer, but had a ticket @ a year ago.
