Other than being ignored and lied to the service is pretty good.
I think the service managers at Miller Infiniti vary greatly. The best one is Gene. I took my car in once because I thought my wheels may be out of alignment because I hit something on the 405 on my way to work, and Gene helped me out right away. He said they ran out of loaners, but they sent me to Enterprise and paid for my rental (which happened to be a mini-van... oh well I'm not picky about those things.) I guess it does help that I always go to him when I get standard maintenance.

Anyway, the alignment deal was just my imagination and my car was fine. (I did have to buy a new splash guard.) I test it once in awhile and it seems to behave normally.

Thumbs up Riverside infiniti, ca

Riverside infiniti, for me has been a very positve experience! I have had 3 oil changes and 2 warranty issues. I went in for a oil change and while I was there I pointed out the cheap plastic color matched things that run across the bottom of the door had peeled away and were flapping in the wind. I expected them to say sorry the door scraped on the curb damaging it or the car wash did it or something like that I was ready to pay the 100's of dollars that my past dealers would have charged me. Nope no problem they fixed it. Also I had a clicking problem in the rear of my car when i shifted and the fixed it right away. Thats a bulliten issue he said. Greased my rear axel or something. my car is lowered and has after market wheels. If they wanted to they could have screwed with me but they didnt. Very good dealer I recommend!
