Ive driven some 06 in the states (las vegas) with intelikey. The ignition where the key would go is like the FX45 or the M45 for those who have seen those. But the key on the G is oval shaped and alot smaller. It has a holder for this key on the left side of the steering wheel. I was at work and it was before this post so I didnt pay attention to the headlights, but the prjectors posted look bad ***.

And for those who haven't seen it, is it a push button or some twisty-**** thingy? Yes, I'm trying to be a technical as possible. :P

Are you sure it was an 06? Just because it had dealer plates on the car or something doesn't mean 06. Coupe/or Sedan. If it was a sedan, then they already have the intelligent key system.

This isn't 06. The engine bay is too dirty to be a car that's brand new. It's not even released in Japan. By the way, my friend who works at Nissan HQ in Japan told me that Japanese Skyline has a different exhaust compared to ours. Since ours sound better, many Japanese users tries to get our exhaust to put into their cars.

I've sorta joked about this before. In the US, we try to be JDM to be cool. In Japan, they try to be USDM to be cool lol The crazy things we do, just to be different

Armani350GT:
It is indeed an 06, Taiwan is very dusty. I actually have the VIN plate to prove it, but decided against posting someone else's Vin # on an internet forum. The only thing I hope for is that US spec 06 G35C will be different from the Taiwanese ones.

gettaluvr, $3000 for a pair of headlights is not 'really' expensive, it's into the 'stupid expensive' category in my books. Still, I rather retain my clearance strip and retrofit a set of projectors into our headlights. Losing the signature headlights and exhaust note makes the 06 G35C sound like a different car, and look like a different car at night.

Z2G: As long as you agree that Taiwan and China are two separate country with separate govenments. I don't see what's there to argue about.Who cares about bloodline? If we trace back far enough we are relatives of pandas and flies. Some Taiwanese people only insist on being called Taiwanese because frigging Communists emphasizes on TV daily that "All Taiwanese Are Below To Us!" This is a political issue, not a bloodline issue.

No one wants to join the army there everyone think of ways to get their kids out. So we got bunch of pussies who promotes independence but dont want to fight for it. That to me is just bunch of baloney.

So people who don't want to be crushed by a military ratio of 500:1 and blown to bits by hundreds of nuclear weapons. The reason why Taiwanese people are hesitant about fighting against Taiwan is pretty obvious in terms of military balance.

THANK GOD!!!
Someone finally sees my point... bloodline is one thing, and politics/nationality is another. Yes, North Korean and South Korean are not the same nationality wise, but their blooedline are tight with each other. As far as I know, I have a lot of Korean friends who think Korea should unite North and South. However, in many places we still seperate Korean into North and South to distinquish their political position. Same for Taiwanese and Chinese... (I hope I dont need to type another essay to educate Z2G.. cuz I am gonna start to charge him ... geez lol)

Z2G, I dont see it wrong if an American born Chinese calls himself "I am American". Therefore, I do not see it wrong a person born in Taiwan calls himself "I am Taiwanese, not Chinese". Your bloodline analogy is sorta irrelevant... How old are you again...? @_@ Maybe if I know your age I can try to communicate with you better by thinking at that stage of maturaity.

in all honesty... look at your pics from page 1. to me they look like projectors with no hid. too yellow. do u remember if they were hid or not? also... those other pics from page 3, are they the same car? they look more white. maybe it's the camera playing tricks. coming from a guy in manufacturing, i would bet my bottom dollar that all headlight housings will be projector with only hid's being swapped in if there really is an option. i am assuming that n.a. will be getting xenon only. but that's just my guess. also has anyone heard of the new keyless system on the '06 M's? apparantly it is a new 'push' button start as opposed to the twist **** currently offered. i wonder if this will migrate over to the other models?
