F#($ Pulled OVer Need Advice PLEASE!
from experience (and hearing other ppl's as well), traffic court judges in california are brutal to those ticketed multiple times for high speed infractions (i.e. 90+ mph). i've seen it firsthand in traffic court. you're not going to get off scot-free on this one unless you hire a good lawyer and he's able to find some technicality. because, bottom line, you sped excessively and there's real no defense for it. honestly, what can you say to the judge to explain the speed on 90 mph on an highway interchange/ramp....that's crazy dangerous
hell, i wouldn't want to be near you on the road neither!!!!

i was taking 2south to the 134E. posted limit is 45 i think. on coils and all the car handles it well, BUT it is still unsafe. I know. Roads were pretty empty being a Thur night at 1AM. i understand if people get mad b/c they drive on these roads too, but as mentioned we all have done it, and now I def know not to do it again and keep it on the tracks. simple as that i guess. you live, you learn. sometimes the hard way. i dont think i can afford a lawyer tho, that may be a bit of a problem. In cali, judges are brutal and usually dont allow you to make much of a point when you are in there. im going to talk to my dad's security advisor, formerley in the FBI CHP and LAPD so he knows a thing or two. also rips up my fix it tickets if i get them haha. waiting to hear from him then well see what happens

The point I was trying to make, is that going 90 on the freeway curves (typically the interchanges) is alot more dangerous than going 90 on an empty straight freeway.
Depending on the curve, you may only be able to see about 50-80 feet in front of you. If someone's car is stalled in your lane, there's no way your car can stop in that distance.
On the open freeway, at least you can see at least a quarter mile up ahead. So you've got somewhat of a better chance to react.
Even then, it can be close.
I was driving on the 110S with my wife, going 75 MPH. It's around 10 pm. The car in front of me was getting closer, really fast. I barely missed his car, swerving into the lane next to mine, almost taking out another car.
The guy's car had died in the middle of the freeway, and his lights were dead too. So I couldn't even see him until the last moment. Sometimes that happens, it's not his fault. But I nearly killed myself, my wife, and that guy. And all I was doing was going 75 on a straight freeway. If I went that speed on a curve, and his car was there, forget it...no car can go from 70-0 in 50 ft.
Please be careful on our freeways, our families are out there too.
