For those who are looking to move up

For those of you who are looking to move up from your G35 into one of my favorite cars, M3 or 996, here's a relatively inexpensive way to try it:
http://www.swapalease.com/VehicleSea...7&Image70.y=20

I've never tried it myself, but a friend of mine did and he was able to lease a Porsche for less than 1K a month for a period of 16 months.

Some of those buy-out prices aren't too bad. I never heard of this!

I was thinking the same thing. It's a not a bad way to try out a car like a 996 without making a huge financial commitment. Hey Finiti are you paying attention?

I was actually thinking of using this site to help a friend get out of an old lease on a car he doesnt want anymore. I believe he has another year left on the lease but wants to dump the car. I would be interested to see if anyone has had success with this site.

I have heard about that website, but with my luck they're all verts :\ I've never thought about leasing, but it doesn't sound like a bad idea, I'll keep an eye on it, thanks.

That's too bad because most financial experts advise to never buy a new car. My last 4 cars have been CPO and I have no complaint whatsoever. I currently have 2 Lexus cars that cost what a maxed optioned Accord or Camry would have been. Slap on some mods and we're talking sweet rides. In fact, most everyone I know tells me it's ridiculous to get the G35 when my modded SC300 looks better. Don't flame me...that's what everyone says.

What's wrong with a vert? I can see you driving to the ocean in a red Porsche turbo vert. The only bad thing is that some cops would probably pull you over just to get the opportunity of talking to you.

It's weird to live in Florida and not like verts, an ex had a drop top and I hated it like no other. It kind of kills the point of having a high performance car when it comes to the M in particular. I do like hardtop convertibles, but not on an M3. I guess I'm one of those anti-vert, anti-smg people who don't like the added weight and would rather drive around with my limo tinted windows up so no one can see me

A red Porsche turbo vert? Now we're talking

BTW another car you might take a look at is the Cayman S. My local Porsche dealer tells me that I can pick one up for under $60K. The car is the hardtop version of the Boxster, and it will have 295 HP. Although I never owned a Boxster, I had the opportunity of driving a Boxster S and it easily outhandled my 996. The only thing I didn't like about the Boxster was its lack of power, but 295 HP in a car weighing under 3K lbs should be fast enough. The only downside for many is that it will be only a two seater.
