Grounding Points?

Do you have a full system dealer scanner? Do all the systems connect? When replacing a wire harness there are many things that can go wrong. I have done them in a few cars, but not my G35.

It's under the back seat, should make a faint "whirring" sound for 1 full second.
If it is making noise, then I would pull the pump and inspect the strainer baggy filter on it to see if it's clogged up with debris.
Just read back a few posts and you did check for the pump making noise. Time to order up that Z1 Motorsports sandwich adapter I linked earlier so you can test fuel pressure.
Are you sure there's gas in the tank? If you haven't added any you should, and/or pull the fuel pump then you can just look down in the tank.

Give it a good long crank, then pull the plugs and see if they're wet, if they're still dry then the injectors either aren't opening, or they're clogged.
It's really odd that you would have spark (which you did visually check yes?) but not have fuel.
If the plugs are not wet then I'd start checking power at the fuel injector harness. IPDM fuse 1 supplies power to the injectors on the white/blue stripe wire when the ignition is ON, the ECM closes the ground on the other colored wires.

So it WILL run on starting fluid? If so it's a fuel delivery problem, can you hear the pump prime when you turn the key to ON? It also might not be building enough actual fuel pressure, you can test it by adding a fuel sandwich adapter like this one from Z1 Motorsports.
Should be 51psi of fuel pressure.

This is the one i noticed ripped out. It was only partially ripped off one end and about half off other end so i think it would run and do fine occasionally bc the disconnected end was hitting the metal on the engine amd grounding out sometimes but not always. Just started doing this in the last week to me and i just assumed it was electrical damage from getting wet but now this makes me think it vould be that ground strap issue the whole time
