i went to LA today to get some grubs with my friend...
i valet my car... had a goo dinner... food was great...
got out to get my car and walla~ my car is all messed up
side mirror is cracked off fender is dented with scrapes
and door is all scraped and dented on the drivers side!!
i told them not to touch it but when i got back out from the restreaunt
to get the owners info they tried to super glue it on... eventually got super
glue all over my door... ****ing idiots... i'm so mad!!!!!!!!!!! dont
trust the valet people... i'm serious...

I valeted at the OMNI hotel in Downtown LA and got back and had a key scratch on my steering wheel right across the infiniti logo and the guy at valet said that they arent liable, **** em told the dealer they did it and there going to change it next wenesday!

I'm with Diddy. That little disclaimer is great to have but it isn't going to do them any good if they damaged your car.
I'd be prepared for them to claim that it must have been hit by another motorist. Luckily, they're pathetic attempt to fix/hide any of the damage strongly suggests that they were directly responsible.

Never valet your car.
Why would I want to pay someone to have them drive my car?
It's just more money making for the restaurant. Especially when you go to some where there's plenty of parking, it'd be easy to park your own car, but they still force you to valet. I refuse to give my business to those establishments.

I would contact a lawyer. That is negligence on their part and should be liable for some of the damage, even if it they say they aren't. If it is obvious that the valet driver caused the damage as opposed to vandalism while it was parked, you should be able to get money.

Venomous82 & SmokedLex......I sympathise with you both, and would be seriously be looking to kick some butt (figuratively or otherwise), and get reparations.......

A lot of us have some choice words from time to time, but please don't forget that this is family oriented site, therefore read by many tender young eyes and of course ladies...

NEVER VALET BROTHER!!! Hope everything works out well. The super glue is the capper on the story! What a bunch of phu99in idiots!!! I've had similar incidents with people trying to conceal their screwups but never with super glue that takes no less than a full day to set!
