I just want to add one thing...
We do race at night sometimes on a lonely stretch of freeway (can't say where, but it's almost like a ghost road after 10PM on weekdays) We use cell phones etc. to monitor traffic and the authorities. We try to be as safe as you can possibly be on public road and are fairly organized.
It's just for fun, even though it's wrong... I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or any other bad things etc. but I do have an unescapable passion for speed and I guess it's my only addiction!
