Finally! After 5 months...

My coupe has arrived! I will be making the 200 mile trip north to Seattle to go pick it up. Oh, the anticipation!

Hey, when you have only one dealer for all of the Seattle metro area and one dealer for the entire Portland area (who charges an almost $2k second sticker), MSRP is a bargain for a 6MT.

I first found out about the G during the Portland auto show. After some more research, the rest is history...

Mcleo19, Congrats on the long wait. I'm like DallyCurtis, anything more than a day is too long (then I start losing sleep)-----LOL: 5 months without sleep would kill me.
You'll love the navi too. Program in 'HOME' b4 you leave the dealership, and miss sexy navi (voice guidance) will accompany you all the way home. LOL
After your drive home, give us an update and your first impressions.
Safe trip.....

" miss sexy navi (voice guidance) "---

There goes GSM making us guys (and gals) at the forums look like loonie crazy G owners again. I think he was referring to the voices in his head lol....

Gotta love Navi !!!

My friend said "Real men don't need maps". I told him that's what some people who enjoy being lost all the time and can't afford to buy a map say

Congrats Mc! welcome and all that stuff. we're waiting to hear about your drive back. only one dealer in portland and seattle???? wow, I hate to say it but unless the demographics in those two cities are awful, it seems like a real dealership "opportunity" for someone. wish it was me---then, I might be able to start one of the only/few honest dealerships with customers who are the same. sorry, I was lost for a moment in la-la land. enjoy the ride!

Re: Finally! After 5 months...

Other than some Seattle rush hour traffic, the trip back to Portland was a pleasant ride! Would have been better if I could have set teh car on cruise, but I needed to vary those RPMs till the magical 1200 mile mark is reached.

I just had a clear bra installed on Friday, and a terrific job was done by my installer! I am very happy with it, and it really is difficult to see unless you are looking for it.

I will post pictures as soon as I get some, and will have some after the windows get tinted later this week as well.

Gosh, it's good to finally have it and be able to talk about that then the whole "before you get it" kind of talk.
