Thinking about upgrading my 18's for 20's Axis GTRs. I love the way the look on the new mustangs...but i don't know how it would look on my G - Heres the pic of the wheels....my G is Black.



They put these on the new mustangs which look sleek, but will it look as good on a G ?



OR should i just go with some BLACK WHEELS?

 

Black on Black is always HOT!!! There ia a member with black on black on the boards, dunno his name but the pics are in the picture share section.

If you do black wheels, make sure its has a polish lip, since we can have big lips in the rear w/o fender modifications....

would twankys fit witout rubbing ? what size tires ???

 

Twankys?? what exactly is that?
The rim size would be 20x9 front and 20x10.5 rear, tire size im thinking would be 245/35 front and 275/35 rear.

Think this would rub?

 

'Twanky' means twenty, as in 20 inch wheels LOL. Might have to roll the fenders.

 

I think those wheels are better suited to the Mustang (they have angular lines which would be at odds with the G35 shape IMO)

If you want to stay with Axis, I'd vote for the

Matrix

ok thanks for your opinions.....im gonna pass on the GT-R's for now. But I did come across someone who actually but some Thruxton 20" beamer wheels on their G35 and it looks HOT....

take a look....what you guys think?

I think the GTR's are ugly. Same with the Thruxtons. I do like the Penta and the Matrix, even though it's a blatant copy of the Volk GT-V
