Everytime I am rolling slowly and I am lightly on the brakes, I hear a clunking in my front left. I dont know what it is. It used to not happen all the time, but now it is. Any ideas?

 

well i don't have this problem and im sure a clunking noise isn't normal. you should take it in to get it checked

Yeah, I have this same problem but it is coming from the back wheel area. Doesnt happen all the time. But its like a thumping noise, when I push on the brake pedal while going through like a parking lot.

I took it to the dealer to look at it. They inspected it and found nothing wrong with anything. They have since also changed the brakes and rotors as part of the warranty and the noise is still there. So I dont know what it could be but I'm not gonna worry about it.

 

it may be ur shocks actually, if its a clunking noise, i remember my old car did that and it was quite loud

 

My guess is rotors too (like 2Evolved says).....is the clunk in time with the rotating wheel? If so it's in the brake system somewhere, and probably is rotors.
Time to get some service.

I just got off the phone with my stealership and I have to wait a week to bring it in. Hopefully it stays in one piece for that long.

 

i had a similiar problem with my right front...did u hit any bad potholes lately? I hit a baddd pothole and loosened a control arm bolt..that may be your problem

 

I dont remember hitting anything that hard recently. Also Its only when Im on my brakes which leads me to believe that its something brake related. We will see and I will let everyone know once Its solved.
