Post pic of 'wire loom on transmission housing'?

I'm reading instructions on installing a grounding kit (to figure out if I can do it myself), and installing wire #7 (not certain if all kits use the same stuff, but I'm reading the z-xtreme guide since its the only published 1 i can find) it says:

"
Remove the 10mm bolt securing the strip clamp holding a wire loom on the transmission housing.
"

Anybody have a picture of that? or can perhaps tell me on what page of the service manual to look at to find a diagram of the location of the bolt securing the strip clamp holding a wire loom?

which kit are you installing? there are pictures for Gordees kit available. the wire to the trans is bolted to the transmission on the passengers side, it is easy to see from underneath the car. you will need to have it on jack stands or a rack

Funny, I just installed mine today and I believe its the same kit as yours since I bought my 7 wire kit from z-xtreme and the instructions are the same word for word. I mounted mine here: https://g35driver.com/forums/attachm...sion_lower.jpg. It's on the left (driver) side of the tranny since it's the only place that I can find that matches the description. I followed the instructions as described and the wire is actually long enough to reach the bolt point. Huge pain in the *** though and I don't think it was possible for me to undo the bolt without a mini ratchet.
