how come there still no answer if the 05 5 AT gains any power with the spacer.

seems like only info i found was on the 03-04 but not 05.

 

I'm ordering my MREV in about 2 weeks. What "Secret" are you guys talking about ... should I maybe wait till then and then decide which to buy? Or will it be something that'll help with the MREV?

Might be a dumb question, but does the MREV matter if you have a 5AT or 6M, cause I have a 5AT and I wanna get the MREV, just wondering if anyone has gotten it with a 5AT

 

The MREV really only affords the '05+ 6MT's its full benefits. These cars are equipped with so-called "RevUp" motor.

I'm not devil dog but I'll answer your question.

It is as I understand it a couple/several new mods and they are still in R & D right now so not a clear ETA yet.

 

Because it is designed to eek out more of the power from the new Rev-up engine that is only in the 6MT. As I understand it the 5AT doesn't have the same "problem" to be fixed. If you want to know why the 6MT has a slightly different engine - think ya gotta ask Infiniti/Nissan that one.

 

odd that the manual comes with a higher HP than the AT...
I thought it was just an ECU remap or something that basically puts a choke hold on the AT
