I must say, I absolutely hate the manual recline on the G35C. Whenever I put someone in the back, it is hard to re-adjust my seatback the way it used to be. I pull the lever and if I don't put any weight on it, it snaps forward into my back. If I put just a little too much weight, it flies backwards....it is like a little technique one has to develope to adjust the seatback perfectly.

Elussive mm instead of getin all worked up over the fact of g35coupe havin a manual recline....ask ur friend to get in from the PASSENGER side of the chair? theirfore u'll never have to worri bout loosin ur favorite seat position.

I agree....I just say it is a 2 seater with no room in the back. This also cuts down at work on having to drive a crew of people to lunch everyday.

The seats are OK and the moonroof OPENS fine...but it seems that mine closes really slow...when I took it in for my 15,000 mile service...I told them to look at it...maybe it needed to be lubed up or something...they said it was fine...guess it's just slow.

Hey Gang...after reading these post I took a stop watch and clocked my roof and passenger seat. Roof to open 7 seconds, roof to close 10 seconds. Passenger seat auto forward 12 seconds.
For people who want to ride in back...and you don't want them in there, just make sure you drop the rear seat back down as the cargo platform and say, sorry...no back seat but you can lay down.
