-Wind noise at 50mph+, fixed: replaced pass door seal.
-Rear axle clicking noise, fixed: TSB.
-Sunroof creaking noise, fixed: wiped dust off rubber seal when sunroof is open.
-Brakes squeaking at 10000mi, replaced under warranty.
-Gas cap lock motor noise, fixed: replaced servo.
-Car pulls slightly to right, NOT fixed: will address at next srevice.
-Wind noise at 50mph+, fixed: replaced pass door seal.
-Rear axle clicking noise, fixed: TSB.
-Sunroof creaking noise, fixed: wiped dust off rubber seal when sunroof is open.

Loosened Control arm bolts on right side front and rear(600 miles) dealer fixed..warranty work.
Rear splash Gaurd right side has come loose(i think it is missing one of those black clips but i have not checked)
No rattles so far knock on wood

2004 6MT 30k miles
- left side speaker blows out frequently dealer: replaces speaker problem persists, dealer replaces head unit problem solved.
- doors do no unlock manually, dealer replaces cables problem solved.
- whistling window above 60mph, dealer adjusts window and still whistles haven't gone back lazy and used stereo to block out the sound.
- no spoiler on the car, paid dealer $900.
So far no rattles or engine problems but who should have engine problems at only 30k.
Some people should list there mods along with problems
- left side speaker blows out frequently dealer: replaces speaker problem persists, dealer replaces head unit problem solved.
- doors do no unlock manually, dealer replaces cables problem solved.

Problems between 26k-29k
rear view mirror rattles (drove me crazy) - fixed
Driver seat squeaked (drove me crazy as well) -fixed
squeak coming from a/c when turned on - fixed (pulleys bad)
squeak coming from heater - can't be reproduced to be fixed

04 6MT loaded, coming to 20k miles, initially (for about the first 10k miles), brembos squeaked a lot, dealer didnt do anything about it b/c i couldn't duplicate it there. had the Clutch pedal assembly/linkage replaced under warranty, there was a "recall" or bulletin on that because of clicking when I shift betwee 1/2/3rd gears at around 13k miles
many rattles, i dont know from where and its bearable for now b/c my sound system is on 95% of the time.

47,500 miles 2004.5 6MT Prem TB\Graphite
*3rd. Trans; this last one has been there for 32K and is sweet, first got stuck in 5th. and had to be trailered in, 2nd. one had a shift rod break a couple of days after installed; 3rd. has been sweet since day one and will shift at any RPM in any gear very smoothly & quietly!
*Axle clicking noise TSB at 22K
*Seat belts not retracting well lateley, not at all sometimes - will take in soon.
*On my 6th, or maybe my 7th. or 8th. set of rear tires, second set on front, need all 4 again very soon..

Dang almost forgot these and they are probably the best ones:

*I still have my original Brembo pads on all 4's (yes I have cleaned my rims 1,000,000, times, LOL. Can't stand em' dirty
Those last 2 have surprised the hell out of me

a rattle from somehwhere outside the car constantly, its very quiet but its rattling all the time -_-.

1) Brake pedal clicks when pushed - have been told this is normal
2) Creases in driver's seat leather with less than normal wear
3) rattle in driver's side door panel - will take it in for this one
4) somewhat difficult 1-2 shifts
