Year / Mileage / Problems
Hi everybody, there's probably been a couple of these but its always good to do this every now and then to see if there are any kind of trend emerging with common problems that our cars have.
I'll start it off:
Year: 2005
Miles: 11K
Problems:
- Threw a CEL and had to get new throttle body @ 5K miles
- Squeak and rattle TSB performed @ 9K miles
- Sticking Track button, but not always and have not been able to duplicate it at dealer @ 8K miles
- Rattle in rear view mirror have not fixed yet @ 7K miles
- Rattle in pass rear side coming from behind the interior panel @ 8K miles
I'll start it off:

Problems:
- Outboard vent rattle
- Rearview mirror rattle (it's the EC mirror)
- Rattle from the rear seat area
Noticing a trend here... My only problems have been rattles so far. When I first got the car I had a horrendous rattle from the sunroof. Turns out one of the mounting bolts wasn't torqued down. They had to drop the whole headliner to fix it!!
For a $36K car, the rattles are terrible.

Clutch pedal assembly/linkage needed replacing because of clicking (ard to describe) @ 6k miles
Air vent rattle since beginning - fixed
Fuel fill TSB - fixed
Rattle from passanger seat - driving me absolutely CRAZY
Squeek from center console magnets
Brakes feel uneven and make the car feel like i is driving on grooved pavement when applied and at HIGH temps - could not duplicate at dealer

- rearview mirror rattle ( did not fix yet, but soon cuz its freakin annyoing)
- track seek button sticking (Fixed)
- Clock finisher rattle (took it to get fixed and they did a crapy job and just stuffed foam strip around it. Its all sticking out and stuff. Going to fix it myself)

-what's our standard warranty for an 03' coupe?
-where can I find the TSB's for my car?

- Rattle in rear view mirror - not fixed yet
- Rattle in pass side speaker - not fixed yet
- Brake almost gone at 26K - Gotta get fixed soon (warranty)

Premature wear on middle treads on rear tires (3rd set of tires) dealer has covered me on all the replacements. Now have Avon 550 A/S
Rear Axle clicking (TSB) still clicking after retorquing rear axle bolts and greasing.
Steering drift to right. Although somewhat improved it is still doing it after compression rod replacement. (TSB)
