so sad for you..... I redlined mine out of the dealer with 9 miles on it. Now I have 28K Miles and still gets redlined a few times a week with no problems so far.

The only downside is I have to change my rear tires at 11,800 miles and again at 23K.

hehe. You guys are funny! This car was made to be redline. If it wasnt, the engineers wouldnt have made the engine sound sooooo sweet in that rpm range.

Now that you've had your taste of it, you'll be begging for me

The look of the G got me first. Thanks for all the info and the experience of redlining G. I never thought to redline it in the first place. Now, I got the taste of it. Surely, it sounds really good when it hit higher RPM. Will try more often from now on!

Damn - I don't think I've ever driven my car for more than 10 minutes without taking it to the red!

I had the car going 142MPH with less than 20 miles on it after I bought it - on the way home! Now it's got 15,000 miles and loves everything I still give it! I haven't even had for more than 8 months yet either.

This car is nothing but fun! The most fun I've ever driven I think! It's addictive.

just barely bought mine, ive yet to actually take it past 4k rpms. Force of habit, im used to driving my prelude up to 5K which was half way on my tach, 4K is halfway for me here on the g35.

.....i dont even want to think what i could do if the Boost bug hit me....
