I'm taking a survey of which spoiler looks better on the G35. The 05 spoiler or the 06. Also, if any of you guys can enlighten me on the which one has more functionality, as in which one actually works, that would be great....

05 without a doubt

06 Hands down...Cleaner look...functionality...they probably both dont do squat (well maybe at over 100mph...lol)

05 has more of an agressive look... 06 is more elegant and classy. i have the 06 on my 06 g35 and i love it. I haven seen 05 spoilers on the 06 g35 and personally, i dont think it matches

im debating between this too. what do you think would look better on a Black G?

the 06 looks like it is missing something

then again.. mine is red..
so it fits more with the sporty look

The 05 looks like a washboard... doesn't match the classy car, IMO.

I like the 06 spoiler. Looking at it in an artistic way, the 06 spoiler follow the line of the trunk. The 06 looks like it was designed for the car, where the 05 spoiler looks like it was added on after the design of the car. The 05 resembles a wing more than a spoiler. On the G35 coupe I prefer the 06 spoiler, but on my 911 I go for the big wing look.

Both look good. '03-'05 Spoiler probably creates more downforce though.

06.. the 05 reminds me of a whale tail.
