Why would I lie about the missing parts? The surronding plate is missing. The magnetic holder for the gps is missing and the GPS antenna is broken. Did you check out the content of box before you sent it out?

a simple pm from the seller could have been good but no communication on his behalf was ever made until monday. how long does it take to write a simple pm?

Sounds like things might work out, but if not, let me suggest a way to decide who gets the money:
We will play a 7-round game of paper-rocks-scissors. I will post the single word "GO" to this forum, after which the two of you will PM me with your choice. After each round I post the result on this thread, thereby keeping your fans involved and happy. In the event of a tie in any round I will post "GO AGAIN" and the same process will ensue.
Best of 7 gets the money and the parts back.
We will play a 7-round game of paper-rocks-scissors. I will post the single word "GO" to this forum, after which the two of you will PM me with your choice.
