I'd take a lot of cars over a burned-out RX-7 any day. I don't have the time to fix it up.

You may have decied what you want to do allready but heres my experience. I had a 3rd gen RX-7. It was replaced by the G. Overall I am happy to have a relieble fun relpacment. I do think about having the RX-7 again but then I think of everything I went through keeping it running. Vac Hoses, turbos, fuel lines, o2 sensor, cats, radiator, rad. hoses, and on top of all that the mods. Go with a new car you don't need to worry about. Get the G and then someday get a 7 again that can be your project car.
