go to walmart and get the 5 quart jug of Mobil1 for $25 and change the oil yourself. or you can take it to any place to change the oil and just pay the labor.

Is it normal for a synthetic oil change to cost 57? actually it was normally $67 but i only had $57 so i got $10 dollars off

57$ is pretty cheap, synthetic should have to be changed 6-7k miles... where regular gets changed at 3-3500... It pretty much comes out to the same thing.

it's not cheap. Does it really benefit the car?

i remember reading somewhere that it is not recommended to put synthetic oil after certain miles.. not 100% sure.

i've been using mobil1 synthetic since the third oil change..
