Must See: New "True Dual" Exhaust System
I have been working with Brullen Exhaust (www.brullenexhaust.com) to create what I consider to be the perfect exhaust for the G35 Coupe. I've heard the Borla, Stillen and others and I feel there are slight improvements that can be made. I have attached links to pictures and an AVI video file from our prototype model. We have had my car on the dyno and we have achieved a significant gain. My car ran 242 HP and 237 FT LBS of torque, bone stock except for the Brullen exhaust. I will post the dyno graphs soon. We compared it to Borla and we showed a slight gain over Borla. We are still hoping to squeeze another few HPs out of the system. The Brullen system is a full stainless system, true dual with two separate mufflers. There may be slight cosmetic changes in the final version, but the pics can give you a rough idea how it will look. Brullen is also offering you several customizing choices: Loud or Quiet, 4" or 5" tips, straight or slanted tips. The prototype system has 4" slanted tips. The slant is very slight, so it may not be readily noticeable. I would classify the current system as quiet and deep, I'm sure there are some that may want it louder. Let me know what you think. Personally. I think the tips are the nicest of all the systems currently offered on the market. The current sound is pretty good, nice deep low idle, nice growl at full RPM. Please give me your input, we can still make changes to the final version. Finally, the price. Although not confirmed yet, probably a little more than Borla, but much cheaper than Stillen. The system also comes with a lifetime warranty.

Thaks for the input so far, I realize that the welds are terrible, but it is a prototype, why make perfect polished welds and then have to change things around... I can assure you, the final product will have clean polished welds. What do you think of the sound?

Very nice deep PERFECT sound. I love it. I was thinking of getting the borla cuz the other exhausts sound too high pitched, dare I say civic-like?? But now this one is a possibility. Please whenever you can post the dyno runs.
Thanx.

Well here is my comments
1) Whats the pipe diameter?
2) Does have an H-Pipe or X-Pipe
3) Are the mufflers baffled, chambered, or pass thru?
4) What the weight of the system?
