This is nothing new. Its been done before, it will have very minimal drop. There is a guy on here that is active who has coupe rear springs and sedan sport or stock springs in front. The name escapes me at the moment.

BC racing. I did both track and daily. Most people buy an X with a daily in mind.

The beauty of coilovers is you can make it ride like whatever you want. LOW and STIFF or HIGH and SOFT( waiting for the jokes....)

The lower you go the more stiff you need to be because it will start bottoming out. Honestly most springs will give you a solid daily, I personally hate the Z/G combo myself because they are FAR too bouncy in my eyes but at one point 50% of the board was running Z/G combos and love them. I do have Z/G suspension in my garage for sale for local people to chicago, i dont want to waste time shipping.

If you did a blind test, my car on coilovers (set to similiar height and damping), and my current H-tech with new KYB... i wouldn't be able to tell much, but if i had the coilovers i would make 2 clicks softer and be 100% happy.

They do make them for the v35 sedan awd. Emailed the company and they told me they sell them exclusively with THMotorsports.

I have been told the same info. It is supposed to be a solid set up.

Lowering x on 20s

hey I've got a 05 g35x and I want to lower on h&r springs and put 20s on it (20x8.5 35mm offset 245/35-20) all around. Will I have rubbing issues? Will I have to roll the fenders for these 20s to fit?

Nice. I've been toying with the idea for awhile now.

I cant seem to find a coilover installation thread for a awd model. I know the rears are the same. Is it the same process for the front as a regular sedan/coupe? I know our struts are different.

Since when do they offer coils for X's? I called earlier this year and they said they didn't cover the AWD model.
