alright so monroe does make struts for our cars but they are only OE spec. I ended up sending the first set back because they were wrong (of course). They are listed for the 05x, my cars production was 01/04 and they fit. I installed the monroe struts and h-techs today even after recouping from my 21st last night.

^ anything 04-06 would work. They just dont know or play things on the safe side.

Whats the ball park price on those. Pretty nice to know they are making struts now

Alright guys. I already installed my BC Coilovers on my car. But I have extra parts... ... From what I was reading before installing, these are for the old spring type that are straight. Or was I suppose to put these somewhere during the install??

I want to check before I get an alignment. Thanks for your help.

I used those rings between the spring perch and rear springs.

If Im not mistaken they are spacers to give you additional ride height, therefore you dont have to use them.

Yeah they look like the spacers I got. Guess they might be including them now. You wOuld put them on the top part where you can adjust the preload

So guys I think I might have found a solution for our knocking. What I did is got some bump stops from a local auto part store and zip tied them to my arm. I did set my arm to all the way neg and before it knocked but this time it has not. I even set them to soft. I am going to drive around more tomorrow and I might lower it some more. If you guys can picture what I am talking about. I will try to take pics tomorrow. I was thinking about getting some with a bolt on the end and drill a small hole in the arms but I think that will be alittle to risky.

Ok I looked and figure I didnt strap the bumpstop well enough and it moved. Will work on it some more later or tomorrow. I did also find out that I had to less of preload so I tighted it up some.

I need to go down about 3 turns in the front too, and put on **** load of preload. I cant afford to bounce at ALL. lol
But im about to put back on the 370z 19s and slam it on them. stretched tires are killing me daily in NY.
