What do you like about, or doing with you G...?
Re: What do you like about, or doing with you G...?
The brakes are a tad grabby. But I am used to them and got used to them fairly quickly at that.
There have been some reports of early wear but many, many people have gotten 25k or more miles. There has been some reported correlation between premature brake wear and people trying to do torque-brake starts indicated by the rears wearing out before the fronts ! it also would appear that coupe folks - with the Brembos - may have more premature wear than sedans with regular brakes. Anyhow, the long and short is that we dont know the answer.
Don't know the about the stick on the G - I succumbed to an auto after many, many years of sticks. I miss it sometimes but not my long commute !!

The brakes do seem grabby at first, but now that I am used to them it is not a problem at all. In fact I prefer them over other cars I have owned.
One thing no one mentioned is that the ride is quite firm. This is not a problem for me, actually I love the suspension because the car handles superbly at all speeds. But i mention it because a prospective buyer not realize it unless they drive it over some rough pavement. If you like to float then buy a Lexus.
