Consult test: found DTC B1134 left hand side module left frt seat air bag has open circuit replaced left side
Parts: Module assay-side air-K8EHA-AM600

Was replaced under warranty.

I just took my 03 sedan to the stealership for the same problem. I am getting a flashing airbag light. I reset it a couple of times and it came back. The only difference for me is that my warranty has now expired. The dealership scanned for codes and they also got the b1134 code. They quoted me $770 just for the module. That is crazy!!

I am going to take the drivers seat out this weekend to inspect it. Sometimes the connectors come lose. I was also looking on ebay, a replacement drivers & passangers seat is $300! From what I understand, the potentially faulty module is located in the drivers chair. So why not replace the seat? I have been looking for an excuse to upgrade to heated seats:-)

Get in the car and turn the ignition (don't start) on for ~8 seconds the car will do a check and the airbag light will come on solid. As soon as it goes off (but before it flashes) turn it back off. Repeat this 3-5 times and it will reset your airbag system.
Just to let everyone know. This works for the 08 sedans as well..I use really heavy duty large floors mats in my car. Occassionally I will move the seat forward when carrying my son in the back seat of the car, But when it is just the wife and I , I will move it back. The clip underneath the seat got caught and unclipped. The dealer reset the code for free twice ,but advised me that the 3 time due to me using non factory floor mats they would charge me.

Just performed reset and It worked perfectly...Thanks alot guys...Saved me $90 bucks.
