i figure liked it older siblings, the VQ30DE in the 4th gen maximas. i have one with 126k runs similiar to when i bought it at 50k, i've driven and rode in ones with 215k and 260k. The engine is strong, but the higher mileage ones needed manual trans rebuilds and being in the midwest has been rusted to hell on the underside but still strong.

given the track recorded of the Vq35DE it should yield similar results but i dont think it will have that many in the 200k+ just based off what i read on maxima.org on VQ30DE VS VQ35DE

 

This car can easily break 200k+. It all depends on how you drive it. Of course it'll definitely need some work along the way, but that's expected.

 

Cool, this is where i belong. 150600 miles. No lights, no problems, no major swaps. Alhamdulila. (that last word was for me, dont ask) 03 g35 coupe, dont mean to brag but if i post up a pic you guys wont believe me, just idk how to get the pics on this forum.

not sure how long this posting will last but this was a local dealership that was selling a 03 G35 with 241K on the odo. Askin price is 4K

I've got 160K right now..and I drive it hard. I am hoping to get 250K before I decide that I want to build my motor.
