can you guys help me with this lease option?

2006 g35x awd. everything but Nav. and sat radio. A spoiler, 445 a month x 39 months. 15,000 miles. 0 down, 1596.00 due at signing. Did
I do ok?

A little chaeper then i got mine for and i put about the same down and time

That sounds good. Good job with the term, you don't wanna go much more than that; 48 months at the very most.

i dont know all the terms but, isn't $1596 due at signing considered a down?

The $1596 are probably the fees involved with the lease. I think technically your fees aren'y considered down. You "down" is how much put down in addition to your lease fees.

Due at signing = first months payment + DMV fees + sec deposit(maybe) + tax on any cash incentives like rebates. Any lease fees like bank fee or acquisition fee are built in the lease, but do get listed.
More importantly, lok at he Capitalzed Cost (Cap Cost) this is the sale price of the vehicle that the lease is formulated from.

there are no rebates available on a lease -- only on a retail purchase.

My 05 G35 Sedan with premium, sport, and aero packages is $459 per month for 39 months with 15K miles per year. However, I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. I paid first months payment and nothing else. I think that every $1000 down is something like $15 dollars a month. I consider my deal pretty good so yours sounds like it is close.
