Very jealous over here!

4.4psi at the manifold from 5.5psi wg springs is about right for pressure loss with the IC and pipe bends etc.

Not that is a big deal, Im just a freak, but it looks like you hit 8psi then around 4200 boost begins to slowly fall and by 6500 you down to 7.5psi, this is very comon. If your boost controler has rpm based gain you can get that 0.5 psi back by ramping the gain up in the upper RPMs. I actually like for the boost to climb a bit as RPMs increase to counter act the loss of VE at higher RPMs.

None the less, very very very nice sedan power!

No idea on the 0-60, I would think in the 4's somewhere if I can hook up.
The 1/4 should be mid to low 12's on street tires but it depends on the driver, etc. I may be wrong high or low, these are just estimates.

Beautiful machine....would love to see the times that you will produce..

Congrats...

Wow, small world. MardiGrasMax...the legend on Maxima.org. I'm the brother of the Shadow on the forum. I did the turbos for his car and thebigsadler.

Looks like you'll have to give TTrank a run for it in the Maxima.

TTrank,

That's a beautiful icar. Can't wait to see what it runs at the track.

^^^dec55, I believe its beyond machine.

For the paint, may I suggest a high temp or engine paint. Semi-gloss or flat black, then throw it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, medium temp.
It help cure the paint making it more resistant to chipping & flaking, because it contain either acrylic or ceramic resin.

BTW, what type of oil cooler are you using, pics? Where is the emblem comes from?

Those are not inserts, that was all the bumper I had to cut out to fit the IC.

The cooler is an upgraded power steering cooler. I am also going to get a larger oil cooler but right now my car holds 6.5 qts between the spacer and larger pan so it stays pretty cool.

As for the paint, I got some of that plastic coating in a spray can for tools, etc. It's flat black and I was going to try that with some additional clear on it.

Thanks!

Yes, I am very happy every time I go for a drive. I got almost 16mpg on my 1st tank too which is a shock given how much I have been on it.

Sweet pics... I bet there are really nice roads around your area! Hard for me to find some decent and with no traffic.
