The vid clips reminded me of my first car which was a 1989 Mitsu Mirage GT Turbo. Unlike your car, the power on that one was an on/off switch ..below 3,000 nothing then BAM! With your twins, is it basically level power thru the powerband? No matter what, like to hear those turbos spool up.

Yeah the power comes on almost instantly and stays solid. They spool very fast and full boost is ~3k.
The VQ is a nice base for them because it has so much torque off the line there is plenty of exhaust to spin the turbos.

How do you like the UTEC? The car reminds me of Gurgen's Power Enterprise twin turbo sedan from a couple of years ago. Looks and sounds great!

I was so happy with the sound. Tony tried to tell me that I will be happy with the exhaust but I was very scared installing the test pipes thinking it would be too loud or raspy. I was happy to see he was right.
It's hard to tell from the crappy vid quality but the HKS SSQV BOV has the purple insert which makes it lower pitch. It sounds very cool in person.

2nd gear has traction if you are below 85% gas and do it right.
3rd gear is good most of the time as long as the road is clean and dry. Any debris or cold tires and you still slip.
4th-6th are perfect.

BTW - love the 2nd & last clip the best. I love how in the 2nd clip, your head is rocking back & forth due to the G's......!

This is a beast!!! great Job!!
Something you may want to consider with the Intercooler cutout...Place a thin bar maybe 1-1.5 Inches across the cutout level with the top edge of the original side vents and it will smooth out the visual effect of the missing section of the bumper section...it would still look sick but cleaner to the eye.
speaking of evolution you are probably prowling for a couple as we type!!!

Thanks

That is a good idea. If I get the time one day I am thinking about filling in the opening where the other vents stop. So the center would only be as tall as the other two. It may never happen but that was a thought.
I painted the sides black which looks better. I'll get some pics today. The plan for now is to also mesh the center.
Yeah...if your like me your warranty was disappearing within the first weeks. hey man hows that new found power and the rain working together? It just left CA and I'm sure its there by now...hold on to her..

Have to be extra safe in the rain. The boost comes on so fast if you gun it and the car will get sideways in just about any gear. As long as you keep the traction control on things are ok but I did get it to kick in 5th last night.

right....
