Here's mine with the drop. I have the full Tein Flex Damper kit, not just the springs though.

Lead_foot, do you have camber issues that the springs only guys have? Sweet looking ride! Real serious about getting a set. Thanks.

Re: Anyone got a set of Tien Springs??

I haven't had any camber issues that I know of. I know that when I had it aligned after I lowered it, they were able to adjust the rear to spec, but not the front. However, the front wasn't off by very much and it's actually been well suited to my driving style.

lead: What wheels are those that you got? Are they 5Zigen? Looks sweet. I want to get a set of lightweight 5 spokes like those.

Thanks for the compliments. They're 17x8 Enkei Rp02-J's.

You can find them here:

Re: Anyone got a set of Tien Springs??

You're only asking about the drop on just the Tein springs. I have a coupe that has has the S Tech springs. It only drops to 1.2 front and .9 in the rear. Again this is just for the coupe I have no clue about the sedan setup.

Hey Lead, very nice looking ride man!!

I'm wondering if you had the stock sport suspention before and, if so, how the ride compares since you installed the Tein kit...how does she ride??

Re: Anyone got a set of Tien Springs??

Their are Tein coilovers, which of course have their own linear springs. And their are Tein lowering springs which are progressive and use much weaker rear spring rates. Which is how one increases understeer. In any event the two products are of course worlds apart.

Teins online product info says that the S.Tech springs will lower a sedan 2" front and 1.3" in the rear. Which is correct since any spring ment for the coupe or the Z will lower the sedan a additional amount.

Re: Anyone got a set of Tien Springs??

Hey man, thanks. It's been a long time and about 8000 miles since I had them put on and I did have the sport suspension before, but from what I can remember, the ride is quite a bit harder now, but not uncomfortably so. Like anything else, it takes some time to get used to. When it comes to performance driving though, I can't imagine not having them.
