Installation

Was just wondering how difficult it is to install tein h techs yourself. Thanks

very easy if you have the right tools. the rear is the easiest just the front that take the most time. took me bout an hour with a friend help.

Like akuma said its easy just make sure you have compressor thats will help you alot. what kind of H tech did you get the G or Z. good luck with the drop. and dont forget to post pics...

If you're not sure or don't have a friend that can help out you may want to consider having a shop install the springs. Are you riding on a stock sport shocks? Did you get the H tech for the G or Z? It makes a difference for your setup.

i have sport suspension on 03 sedan im not sure what to get 350z or g h techs, what do you guys recommend? ordering in next weeek or so. I do have knowledgable people to help me.

How low did you want your drop and do you want a stiffer ride?
The Z H tech will give you a good drop (1in front and 3/4 rear) and they are stiffer than stock. The G H tech are a little softer for a more comfortable ride and drop is smaller (3/4 front 1/2 rear). I have a set of H tech for the G with only 600 miles if you would like to buy them cheap plus shipping.

As the guys above said, it's not hard, just make sure you have a spring compressor. That helps a ton. The old impact and towel wrap works but do it at your own risk!
