I just got the Stillen catback (2nd gen). Its perfect. Very low grumbly sound. no rasp and no real drone at all. I know it will get louder after breakin but its not anywhere near too loud so it should be great. Fit perfectly, I installed it myself and I was suprised given that I have an X. The stillen is very well made and I highly recommend it.

I went to an autocross today and it was great. Made my car sound a bit meaner and I fit in with some of the other "mean" cars there. Sounds better than my friends 4.4L V8 (bmw 540)

No, not at all. He said they all use the same ones...the muffler & midpipe on the otherhand is different amongst them (that's why they sound different), and no, you cannot install coupe mufflers on a sedan...it doesn't fit.
