z spring HELP!!!

HELP!!! i purchased a set of unrevised z springs off 350z. i when to get them installed today. the rears (the spring had 2 red dots and 1 white dot) went in without a problem. when they tried installing the fronts, the shop said that they were not the right spring. they said the spring was too big for the shock and would slip off the perch. i just want to make sure i got the right spring or the wrong shop to do the install. does anyone know if the pic below is a front z spring?

hmm do a search for dots I'm color blind but I think those are pink right? If so those are correct but then again I could be wrong since I had mines installed a long time ago. I do know for a fact that I broke down dot colors in one of the treads I started on this subject.

I think the guys at the shop are idiots and were trying to fit the rear springs on the front shocks

+1 DaveB. the rear went on just fine, they are on the car now. so im lowered in the back and riding high in the front. i think they were trying to install them upside down. i'll be taking it to another shop next week when i get the time.

The front springs should be narrow than the rear springs.

+1 That shop sucks! Just do it yourself. It's not that difficult.

You have the good setup

1 pink dot front and 2 red 1 white rear (3 red for coupe spring)

nothing wrong with that!
