whether or not the garage is liable depends on exactly what happened and who owns what.

This has started happening in my parkade. Trying to find a spot now where **** doesn't drip on my hood and grill. Luckily it seems non-corrosive, so no damage.

Hmm a pipe burst in a garage and leaking water on your car would fall under your comprehensive coverage but I wouldn't use my insurance to pay for 200-300 you were qouted it may cause your premium to increase. I would keep harassing the garage to give you something for your loss.
