Get a good set of all-seasons and some $5 bags of salt and you'll be fine.

Same way here in Kansas City. We get the snow days, but it's off the streets within a day therefore snow tires are a waste of cash.

G35 Not Designed for Snow

I am running for a 3rd season on Michelin X-ice snows and they are awesome! I run performance tires for summer so all seasons weren't an option.

Tire rack has great deals on 4 snows mounted on steel rims.
