I think i see it, but it's hard to make out. Yeah that looks nice, especially for the price.

You have some good eyes, my friend! I took this pic off the Infinti web site... clearly it shows the "CHMSL". The site also states that the light is "integrated where required"; so it would appear that the OEM spoiler is available with or without it. Anyone have some info on this?

No, that is what the spoiler one is from them. I thought got it a little cheaper from ebay from the same company.

If your talking about the shape of it, yes its exactly the same.

 

Infiniti refers to it as "CHMSL" which stands for Center, High-Mounted, Stop Light. I have previously seen it referred to as "HMSTL" which stands for High-Mounted, Stop/Tail Light.
