The oem 16's must be 7" wide like Mike said. You are much better off getting aftermarket wheels for DR's.

I didn't want to start a new thread with this question so hopefully this one still gets monitored.

I want to know more about this "(*Caution - it is not good for the AWD system in the X model sedan to run staggered wheels unless you remove the AWD fuse)"

Are you saying i can turn my car into a RWD? please elaborate :-)

Does anyone have any information about sedan/coupe cats that can be put on an 03.5 automatic, non-X sedan? Dealer tells me the part numbers for 03 sedan are different than 03 coupe, 03 sedan vs. 04 sedan are different, X model vs non-X model are different, etc.

Yet I know many aftermarket cats fit various years, I know I have seen some that fit 03-06 and maybe even 07. Question is, what options do I have for replacing my 03.5 sedan cats with essentially equivalent parts. Having trouble getting a used direct replacement but several members have used cats from 03, 04 and 05 coupes that I'd like to use if there are no issues.

I dont know if this helps, but I had test pipes from a coupe and it worked on my 04 x.

Test pipes and aftermarket cats from the Z and coupe also fit the sedan. Before my custom exhaust and downpipes I had tried Kinetex cats for the Z and test pipes for a G coupe and both fit with no problem.

The X is only an AWD at lower speeds and when it detects a slip. If you pull the fuse it will act mostly like a RWD. You still have all the weight, etc but the front won't engage.

There is another sticky thread about the X suspension. It has turned into more of an all X thread. Read through there.
