Unlimited miles on loaner G??

Hey guys,
I brought my 04x in to the shop to get some hinges on the hood replaced, and they gave me an brand spakin new 08G35x as a loaner car. I brought it in on Tuesday and they said it'd take a day or so but haven't contacted me yet. I was wondering...do I have an unlimited amount of miles that I can drive on the loaner while they're fixing up my car?? I plan on going to Boston (i'm in Hartford, CT) for the weekend, and hope the shop isn't open on Saturdays, or that they won't be calling me back on the weekend. Does anyone have any insight on this?? Will they charge me for driving excessive miles?? They never gave me information on that stuff...just gave me the keys, had me sign something, copied my license, and I was off haha.

We don't set mileage restrictions on our loaners.

Other dealers might bedifferent.

I've never heard of a restriction on a loaner. Though, it could be different with your dealer. On the back of your work receipt from the dealer, it should have the terms of your loaner agreement. If you can't find the info on your paperwork, then contact the dealer. I don't think it will be an issue though.

Not sure if this helps but I had a Lexus loaner in CT years ago and took it across 2 states (to NJ) one day, and brought it back the next day to the dealer with no problems or extra charges.

it depends which dealership you got. we do clock your mileage in and out but it's unlimited mileage. we got 61 loaners for a reason

When I get loaners, you just have to return it with the same amount of gas. They never told me about miles.... or the tire wear lol

Honestly why would you ask here about this & not call the dealership directly? I'm not trying to sound like an *** but dealers are all different, somebody here might give you bad advice & be like "No, there's no charge for excessive miles", you come back to the dealer & they charge you a bunch for extra miles. I'm just giving an example but call the dealer & find out.

Well...I never had my dealership tell me anything even refueling the car or driving X # of miles...and they are very good ...but I used to return with the same amount of gas..other than that I used to pretty much drive where ever I wanted to

i highly doubt a dealership would charge for extra miles .. everyone drives differently o.o . aside from that whats your impression on the changes from the first generation to the second generation
