Just say if the car is not getting enough back pressure? What does this do to my G35 sedan and its consequences? If it is due to my midpipe and wrecking my car, I have no choice but to remove my midpipe.

I'm not thinnking that could be due to a midpipe install unless the flanges are not coupled and are banging together which is highly unlikely. You have a serious knock there that could be a cam, connecting rod or even a main bearing. You need to stop running that engine asap and take it somewhere. Any chance you dropped a nut bolt in the intake or throttle body that is now slamming up against an intake valve? Whatever it is in conjunction with low oil pressure usually spells gloom & doom.

I decided to get an oil change (even though I did not need one) and an engine flush and that seemed to cure the problem.
