Cruise control not working

Ok so I tried using my cruise control like 3 times, and out of those 3 times, NONE of it worked! I turn it on and let go if the accelerator. Instead of staying the speed im at, the car deaccelerate faster than usual.. is something wrong or am i not using the cruise control right?

turn it on and you'll see a green 'cruise' indicator in the gauge cluster, then hit set/decel/coast and you'll see another green 'set' indicator. BAM you're cruisin'.

Im sure you need to hit the set/decel/coast button like Joe_Camel stated, before you release the accelerator then it should hold your speed. Oh and cruise control will turn off if you shift gears or apply the brakes.

You have to turn it on first. It automatically turns off every time your switch off the ignition, so you have to turn it on every time you want to use it, then hit the 'set' button.

Also, if you have a 6MT, make sure your clutch pedal is fully disengaged. My clutch pedal use to stick 1/2 way down (just enough to where it wouldn't slip). That wouldn't let my cruise control work.

I got my curise to work. Turns our my clutch pedal wasn't fully disengaging. There is a button your pedal must push down when it is in the home position. I had to adjust that so it would make contact with my pedal when released. You can adjust this by turning the 13 or 14mm nut that is holding that button in place. Make your adjustment, and you are good to go...
