i thought of the same thing when i first joined and they said the hood, headlights and grill are different, i think just the shape really, just slightly. You have to change the front clip pretty much. just get the nismo bumper, looks better!

Why the hell won't it fit?
hood fits, headlights are the same,,, fenders are the same

why wont the bumper fit?
does anyone know the answer or do people just keep on saying what they heard from others?

They will not fit. The headlights are different, the grille is different and the hood is different. You would have gaps all over the place if you tried putting a 05-06 bumper on a 03-04.

05/06

03/04 aero bumper

For a fact, won't fit. Although they are close, the fenders, hood, headlights, and bumper are different...

Here they are making bumpers for the different years because of it...

https://g35driver.com/forums/showthr...t=03+05+bumper

Also, at the top of the page you started your thread on, there is a sticky called "!!Look here before starting a new thread!! 2003-2006 Sedan FAQ's "
https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sedan-v35-2003-06/196616-look-here-before-starting-new-thread-2003-2006-sedan-faq-s.html , and post number 7 says

Q - What body kit options are there for my sedan?
First off, you need to know that the 03/04 sedan is not the same as the 05/06 sedan. The hood, headlights, grille, fenders and front bumper is different and not interchangeable between the two unless you change everything I just listed!

The side skirts and rears will swap but the 05/06 does have the trunk pop in the rear bumper.

That being said here are the options I know of and for what years:

03/04 Sedan
Factory Nissan Aero (AKA Nismo, comes painted from dealer) - urethane
Sportec (from Japan, not available in US without being imported) - fiberglass
Ebay Greddy style (does not fit well and will require lots of modification) -fiberglass
Wald lip (not full bumper, just lower lip) - fiberglass
Coupe Impul Style - (from board sponsor Klumzyee's shop, still in final stages of development) - fiberglass
Kuruma Z Style (being made by a non-sponsor shop in CA, still in development) - fiberglass
Sedan Impul (from Japan) - fiberglass
Gialla (from Japan) - fiberglass
Stillen (front lip, side skirts and rear valance) - urethane

05/06 Sedan
Oem factory lip (comes painted from dealer) - urethane
Front lip (from sponsor Klumzyee, unpainted) - urethane
Kuruma Z Style (being made by a non-sponsor shop in CA) - fiberglass

From what I have found out the fenders are the same. look up the fenders on riverside infiniti parts page. they are listed 03 to 06 for the fenders So you just have to replace the hood, lights, and grill.

I think you should take our word for it. Personally, I wouldn't tell you something unless I am 100% sure.
