Best De-Badging Technique
What is the best way to remove the silver stick-on letters? Heat gun, then dental floss?
I want that INFINITI billboard off my trunk lid! I have never received a single dollar from Infiniti for advertising their product. I bring a screwdriver when I get a new car and give back the stupid dealer license plate frames as well.
Did I do OK for my very first post?
Bill
2003 - Sedan - 5AT :-( Silver - Graphite
Aero - Premium - Stillen Super Sucker
NISMO Titanium Valve-Stem Caps (Limited Edition)
! DON'T LIFT - KEEP THE SHINY SIDE UP !

Yeah....I took off the crappy license plate frame the day I got
mine. It rattled and I didn't care to advertise SouthWest
Houston Infiniti on my new ride. The Infiniti name doesn't
bug me so much. Many people don't know what the G35 is,
much less who makes it.
2003 TwBlue 5AT Sedan, sunroof,
Graphite Leather, splashguards, HKS exhaust,
14 wire Grounding kit, 350Z duct, Stillen CAI
Underbody rear diffusers, Drilled alum pedals
mine. It rattled and I didn't care to advertise SouthWest

Re: Best De-Badging Technique
hee hee.. I did the same thing when i got my G. i removed the dealer's license plate frame and then flipped over the paper plate with their advertising. In big black marker, I wrote "NO FREE ADVERTISING"
Got a lot of laughs and thumbs up in my review mirror.
(at least I think they were thumbs?!
Cheers, Ted
