S-techs are good too!!!

I am on H-tech and i love the softer ride. the spring rates of the H-techs are softer than the spring rates of the Nissan sport springs that come stock on the G... So for the same or better get the S-techs!

balla on a budget says unrevised (04/04) z springs. They have the same spring rate that's on your car now- just a little shorter. Not sure if you would rub w/ 19s though. I'm going to start researching that for when I switch to the coupe 19s. Good luck.

If you did the search, you must have read the FAQ?...

Q50 Red Sport 400 RWD
front z springs and rear non-sport cpe springs...1" drop front and .5" drop rear. It is even, handles great, and has a good ride...even on 19s and 35 series tires.

Hotchkis 350z springs with red OEM Tokico shocks, about a 1.75" - 2" lower than stock.

just save a few extra bucks and go with coilovers. You will be much happier. I started with Eibach pros, then sportlines and currently have Tein Flex. I shoulda just done it in the beginning. You can go with Tein Basics for about $750 to $800.
