Most of the people on this board know it's the compression rods. But it's hard to argue with a dealership when there's aftermarket parts involved. I've decided that modding any car means no trips to the dealership anymore.

Besides, I don't have to deal with crap customer service anymore.

i went to the dealership today, and waited 4 hours for them to change my compression rods. at first i was worried about my ztube and popcharger but they didnt even mention it. i dont see why they would deny your claim when many people clearly have this problem.

i changed my compression rod bushings out with the revised ones...Cost me like $40 for the bushings. I had a friend with a hydraulic press who helped me press them in/out. No creaks. No problems. The dealership wanted to charge me $60 to install them.
