Sooooo, now that everyone's had a joke at this poor guy's expense (no apologies since it seems to be part of the initiation rite of passage here), can anyone answer unequivocally the man's question? I suspect a mis-wiring since what you describe doesn't seem to follow the basic rules of electronics. Return to dealer or see an auto tech. Should not be complex. Good luck!

One of two things could have happened.
1. Your wiring got screwed by the installer of the angel eyes.
2. The low beam filament wire on your driver side is bad. I've had one that would come on and of for about a day before it blew. The high beam has a different filament wire (if you didn't know this already), so yes it would still work. This was a cheap a$$ eurolights light bulb. Never again will I go cheap.

I"m trying to understand this... is it the driver's side driving light or the hi/fog light that isn't turning on?
