You think I haven't tried searching?? Like i said i've been getting mixed responses so i made a thread to get a straight answer.. which i still havent got. I am getting the HKS sport exhaust.. i was just wondering if it was worth getting the coupe mid pipe for my 2006 g35x...

No offense Ace, you already created a thread asking about your 05-06 sedan mid pipe vs the coupe mid pipe and you're just asking redundant questions.

Personally I've had the following pieces and I'll tell you from a first-hand experience.
03-04 Sedan mid pipe
05-06 sedan mid pipe
04 coupe mid pipe
03-04 Sedan stock muffler
05-06 Sedan stock muffler
Hks Axle Back muffler
The 05-06 sedan mid pipe, while louder than the 03-04 sedan mid pipe (due to its smaller resonator), IS NOT the same as the coupe mid pipe. The difference between the 05-06 sedan middy and the coupe middy is subtle, but noticeable. The coupe middy will give you more of that coupe/fx/350z warble you're looking for while being a tad bit deeper. You can hear for yourself in the sound clips, there IS a difference.
As far as the difference when paired with the HKS rear section. My personal opinon is to just keep your 05-06 sedan middy and get the HKS rear. The difference between your stock muffler and HKS is already goign to be somewhat dramatic so you don't need the coupe middy to supplment the sound. Unless you come across a coupe middy for dirt cheap (sub $40), I wouldn't bother buying one.
You need the 03-04 sedan muffler bracket, and 2 rubber hangers to get the HKS onto your car.
