Ebay m3 replica. Looks good, but short on each end. Doesn't bother me too much and I'm very picky about things like that. It was 60 bucks and came color matched. The color is dead on too.

Think it's a Grubb's Euro Spoiler. It was on the car when I bought it. I like the third brake light.

 

the HKS looks so good when its polished up. Makes me kinda miss mine

 

It's made out of poly (i think). Really flexible so you can bend it to the shape of the trunk very easily. I am not too sure which vendor I got it from. It was over a year ago. I don't think they sell them anymore on there... at least the one I have. I could be wrong though, haven't looked it up since I got it

Chris's (g35papa) utr lip is the best way to go. Looks best IMHO

 

the one you have has been on my short list... the only problem is I might have mine molded to trunk and possibly extended across lights - since its poly there will be a seam showing... so if I do the molded idea I need to find fiberglass.

If I don’t mold it, I will probably get the UT G2 or an OEM M3/E46.

Chris, I studied the way yours is mounted (even before this thread) and was trying to determine how it would look set back a little... on you car it looks great, but with my painted turn signal, I'm trying to find one that follows the existing line (if that makes sense) - do you think if I set it back an inch or so at the edges, it will line up okay across the trunk line? Here's a pic for reference - I want each side of the spoiler to line up with the line in the turn signal:

Chris - I really love the UT G2 spoiler (it seems a little bigger than the OEM M3 one)! That too me looks the best - but I am worried about the issues that various members had with that particular vendor. Does any other vendor sell this style and size spoiler?

Any vendors/sponsors on here planning to make one for the sedan?

Mike, if I'm understanding you right, you'd like for the lip to follow this line? (see pic and beautiful red arrow)?



If you move it back towards the rear bumper, so that the front edges meet the line, it will hang over the trunk too much..if you move it ahead of the line (towards the rear window) so the back line follows the line pointed out in the pick, I think it will just look off. Maybe if it was more squared at the ends you could move it out more but it rounds off on the edges when looking at it from the back. Hard to explain.

I forget who but the one integrated spoiler that was done on the DG in socal is hands down the best lip. Integrated all the way if you have the cash to spend. Love the CLS style lips/trunks

yes Chris, you have the idea I'm trying to explain... and yes, Joe's (jmonsale) is very nice - Joe had some difficulties with his, and its a bit longer/wider (front to back) than I'm looking for...

These are the reasons I started the thread is to see what all is out there. Joes and Chris' are the 2 that I have considered, but it’s not exactly what I'm trying to do... sometimes I hate having a particular idea in mind
