My Car had a recall...anybody else?

So bascially those whom follow my thread knows that I lost my key. So I finally went to the dealer to order a key and have a technican come out to programmed and everything. When the service guy enter my car in the system, he say that my car has a recall for a fuel hose? So after the techican came and and programmed my key, he drove the car back to the dealership to get the service done. So when I got off of work and went to pick up my car, he say that they werent able to do the service because their only machine was used all day so I didnt want to leave my car there since I havent drove it for a week. So he just told me to make a appt. whenever I want to bring it in to replace the fuel hose? Anybody else know about this? or already have thier car service?

i heard something about this, but if i remember correctly, there was no mortal danger and the occurance of something happening was rare, so i went on with my day

Is it an official recall? I wouldn't mind throwing it on my dealer's to do list when I take my car in next time.

this recall is very well known and several years old. go to infinitiowners, infinitihelp for more info. lots of documentation on this issue. it is a recall that will be repaired at no cost to the owner.

Had that done years ago back when it first came out. Many of us got letters from Infiniti.

I also took my car to my local dealership for a spare key and found about the recall. They took care of it on the spot.

I'm probably going to take mine to the dealer, my SES light comes on and goes off, but it also seems like I'm leaking fuel a bit, not sure though.

this is actually an old recall/tsb. Do you not do a lot of miles or service outside the dealership

^^oh really? the service got didnt mention much beside telling me to bring it in. I just got my car about 2 months ago. It was from a used car dealer. I havent got anything done yet from the dealer because I got everything done at jiffy lube since my little brother work there

I just go an email about an outstanding recall or something today. I always service my car at infiniti. I've had my car for about 3 years now. Anyone else get this?
