Could be the oil, as long as it running fine now just take it easy and watch the temp.

What color was the spilled juice? lol

I had a similar problem before in my old car, i was driving and white smoke was coming out of my hood. The problem is most likely your radiator cracked or something, thats why you're leaking coolant. I would replace the radiator. That's what happened to me.

Wait, what? Why would the problem be your thermostat or your engine oil? If coolant was spilling out from your engine, then definitely it would cause the white smoke you saw.

It sounds like you have a coolant leak somewhere. Maybe one of the coolant hoses fell off or there is crack in the cooling system somewhere.

You should first find out where the white smoke/leak is originating from, and then go from there.

def a coolant leak. the firs places to check would be your upper radiator hose. the clamps sometimes give out and leak. also check the radiator seams for any sign of coolant

start simple: look for where the leak came from.

it could be something quick like a loose radiator cap.

I think it's the water pump... had the same problem with my old car and it was the water pump.

How many miles? That might determine if the water pump was in need of replacement.

Don't drive the car with it overheating. Source the leak ( with it blowing out white smoke, I'd say it's leaking near somewhere hot ), repair it ( be it radiator or hose ), refill, and make sure to bleed the system.

I had to repair all the coolant hoses in an NSX, so the G35 can't be that bad.

It doesn't sound like headgasket. I'm not sure about G35s since I've only owned mine for about a month, but if there's a coolant overflow reservoir, watch for bubbles in the reservoir and check your oil when it gets changed by the shop to look for signs of contamination.

sounds like a coolant leak... check the hoses like others have stated, then the radiator.
